1. Overall upgrading of compressor core components

2. Upgrading of control system and overall structure

① PLC automatic control of Chinese display --- automatic protection, automatic alarm, remote control, multi-station joint control, history record and other functions, and the unattended continuous operation is realized.

② 0-100% air volume control --- when the air consumption changes, the air intake is automatically adjusted to realize energy saving automation.

③ Integrated temperature difference control --- stabilize oil temperature, reduce pipeline interface, and ensure the machine is running in the best condition.

④ Low-speed box cooling system --- reduce the noise and exhaust temperature of the whole machine, and extend the service life of the seal and lubricating oil.

⑤ Reasonable internal structure design --- the unique transmission component isolation device and automatic tension device of the belt with flexible transmission ratio can greatly reduce the maintenance times.

⑥ Fully enclosed whole machine structure --- all parts are installed in a box, and noise elimination and shock-proof facilities are installed at the same time. Installation foundation is not needed. After the air pipeline interface is connected and the compressor connected the power supply, the compressor is ready.
